At 2 a.m. this morning, the 27th of July 2005 journalists Ibrahim el Sahari called his friends upon his arrival in Cairo airport, with his wife journalist Dina Samak, to inform them that he is being stopped at the airport by state security officers. And that one of the officers had threatened to make him disappear upon Ibrahim's protest to the way they were being stopped and the absence of any justification therefore. The Press Syndicate was contacted and they in turn contacted their representative at the Cairo airport to intervene and allow the journalists to leave. Ibrahim and Dina were contacted last at 6 a.m. this morning. Then all communication broke and their whereabouts remain unknown until this moment.
