PALESTINE: new Anti-Wall resistance camp starts this week
I find it very interesting that just a few days after the American appointed governing council in Iraq votes to begin a tribunal for Iraqi war criminals even though no constitution has been ratified that could legitimize any form of Judiciary in Iraq, Saddam Hussein conveniently shows up.

Baath Totalitarian Regimes in Syria & Iraq
Syrian Relations with the Iraqi Baath Party: Using the same fascist means in an extreme competition to rule over the Arab countries while claming the highest level of hater to the US and the West. Starting mid 90’s, the Syrian regime started smuggling Iraqi oil in violation of the United Nations' resolutions. This enabled Saddam Husein’s regime to survive longer and helped selling its oil for weapons that were used later against the US and the allied troops.

As the fuel shortage continues, the CPA (General Sanchez) announced that they feel it is due to half a million more cars being on the road in Iraq. They feel that things are getting better though, and that the main problem causing the fuel crisis is that it is a distribution problem. They feel a solution is that they are importing four million liters of gas from Iran and Kuwait.
Public Opinion Poll Iraq
I visited one of the major universities in Baghdad, Al Mustanceria, and asked several students what they thought the solution to the current situation in Iraq might be. In addition, I asked how the current situation is affecting them personally. Rather than write it up as an article, I feel it is better to simply let the students speak for themselves.

Samarra-US Military Using Weapons of Mass Deception?
On November 30th, in Samarra, US military officials reported a raging firefight between US forces and resistance fighters. Reports suggested a large, highly organized ambush on US troops within the city by mujahideen and Fedayin fighters. Occupation forces responded fiercely, killing 54 Iraqis, according to General Peter Pace, the vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. General Pace went on to issue a sort of threat;

Daily attacks on US patrols continue, both inside Baghdad, as well as throughout Iraq. I have noticed that mainstream media tend to refer to patrols as ‘convoys’, thus coloring the patrols with a sort of innocence. Since I have been here, there hasn’t been a ‘convoy’ attacked, only patrols.
