Why can't the SEC contact Adnan Khashoggi or any other person who opens a public company using U.S. and or Nevada,(Khashoggi used Delaware incorporation I believe,perhaps to give his GenesisIntermedia scam a little more 'class' I guess), incorporation to do so ? And even more so for a Saudi national who wielded so much power as arms dealer and financier during the Iran-Contra era of the Reagan-Bush 1980's. Didn't Adnan Khashoggi have some 'business' in Armenia as recently as 2004 ? And why has the DOJ or FBI not stepped in to aid the SEC in its persuit ?
